As a partner in ministry, we look forward to your participation as a Sponsor/Exhibitor at the 46th Pacific Southwest District Convention where you’ll be able to share your product, message and ministry with the attendees from all over our district.

Our theme for Convention is “Abundantly More” based on Ephesians 3:20-21:

“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

Our convention will take place at Faith Lutheran Middle and High School (2015 S. Hualapai Way, Las Vegas, NV 89117) Wednesday, June 22 through Friday, June 24, 2022, and will draw approximately 700 church workers, laity and other attendees of all kinds - Lutheran pastors, lay leaders, lay workers, DCEs, educators, administrators, families and friends. We hope you will join us!

During the convention the Exhibit Hall will be open for all attendees to interact with you all day on Wednesday and Thursday and in the morning on Friday. The convention concludes at noon on Friday, June 24th.

A few things will be taking place in the Exhibit Hall to draw our attendees to your exhibit:

Convention Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to share with you the ways in which you can partner with the PSD at the 2022 District Convention. By becoming a sponsor, you are able to share with our congregations and convention participants your mission, resources and ministry. As a sponsor, you will play a prominent role throughout the convention in addition to having an exhibit booth in our Exhibit Hall. Sponsorship opportunities are outlined below in more detail.

Additional Opportunities!

In addition to an Exhibitor registration, there is also a second networking opportunity available! If you would like to sponsor a morning or afternoon coffee & snack break which will be provided for all convention attendees, the cost is $400 and will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis upon payment received. There will only be three time slots available for sponsorship – one on Wednesday and two on Thursday during the convention breaks – and since there are so few, only one time slot per exhibitor please.

Food and beverage service will be set up inside the Exhibit Hall to generate traffic and highlight your sponsorship. Also, special recognition will be given at plenary events, on the convention website and the convention app.
