Planning is underway for the 47th Pacific Southwest District Convention to be held at the La Quinta Resort in La Quinta, CA from Wednesday, June 25 - Friday, June 27, 2025. The convention occurs every three years and provides an opportunity for people from our district churches, schools and other ministries to worship, fellowship and conduct district business together. The convention will draw hundreds of church workers, laity and other attendees of all kinds - Lutheran pastors, lay leaders, lay workers, DCEs, educators, administrators, families and friends. Come join us and be an integral part of this convention as a sponsor and exhibitor and engage with the wide spectrum of PSD ministries!

 

The exhibit area will be open during the convention for attendees to interact with you all day on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday morning. The convention adjourns at noon on Friday.

 

Exhibits will be in the foyer of and adjacent to the convention hall. Several convention elements will be included to drive optimal traffic to your exhibit, including mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks with coffee stations located to maximize traffic. A convention app will include information about exhibitors, and promotional media will be included in the convention hall during plenary sessions.

 

As a convention sponsor, you’ll have opportunities to share information with our attendees about your organization, your resources and/or products throughout the convention.
