Principal - Orange Lutheran High School
Orange Lutheran High School is prayerfully seeking a Principal to serve as the instructional and academic leader of our campus and to guide the continued pursuit of excellence in Christian education. The Principal will work closely with the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team to cultivate a thriving academic environment that supports the school’s mission of “helping students internalize the Gospel message of salvation in Christ Jesus.”
This role provides a meaningful opportunity to shape the student learning experience while strengthening the integration of faith, academics, and student life. The Principal will provide leadership to faculty and academic programs, foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth, and ensure that Orange Lutheran continues to deliver a Christ-centered, rigorous, and engaging educational experience for every student.
We are seeking a leader who demonstrates strong instructional leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and a deep commitment to Lutheran Education and student formation. The ideal candidate will inspire faculty, partner with families, and contribute to the unified leadership of the Lancer community.
