Overview:Desert Foothills Lutheran Church is seeking a Worship Leader to lead our congregation in Christ-centered worship while cultivating a healthy, humble, and collaborative worship culture.
Responsibilities Include:
Planning and leading weekly contemporary worship services
Selecting music aligned with Lutheran theology and sermon themes
Leading rehearsals and coordinating musicians
Rehearsal and service both take place on Sunday mornings (roughly 8:30am-12:30pm)
Preparing lyrics/slides and service flow using ProPresenter
Arrange backing tracks using “Multitracks” or similar like software
Collaborating with pastors and technical teams
