The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional practices, creates a structured and caring classroom environment, and partners effectively with families to support student success.
Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication, organization, and technology skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to Lutheran Christian education and the mission of Bethany Lutheran Church and School.
