Orange Lutheran High School (OLu) is prayerfully seeking an Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our school into its next chapter of ministry and growth. The CEO will serve as the senior leader of Orange Lutheran, providing vision, direction, and strategic oversight in alignment with our mission of “helping students internalize the Gospel message of salvation in Christ Jesus.”
This role presents a unique opportunity to honor the traditions of the Lancer Family while advancing academic innovation, spiritual formation, and community engagement. We are seeking a leader with a heart for ministry, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire and empower others in service to our students and families.
