Sponsorship/Exhibitor Information

Planning is underway for the Pacific Southwest District’s 2024 All Workers Conference (AWC) to be held at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown in Phoenix, AZ on Sunday, November 24 - Tuesday, November 26, 2024. This event occurs every three years in our district as a venue for all of our ordained and commissioned church and school workers to attend together. Approximately 1500 Lutheran pastors, educators (preschool through college level), school administrators, youth leaders music ministers and more will attend. Be an integral part of this conference as a sponsor and exhibitor, and engage with the wide spectrum of PSD church and school leaders and decision-makers.

The exhibit area will be open during the conference for attendees to interact with you all day on Monday and on Tuesday morning. Several conference elements will be included to drive optimal traffic to your exhibit, including breakfast and lunch options to draw people to the area.

As a conference sponsor, you’ll have opportunities to share information about your organization, resources and/or products with our attendees throughout the conference. We look forward to your participation in our 2024 All Workers Conference, and are excited to help you share your product, ministry and message with the Pacific Southwest District leaders that will gather from all over Arizona, southern California and southern Nevada.

Sponsors and exhibitors can register for the conference as well as reserve their hotel rooms at the links above. Note that you will complete your sponsor/exhibitor registration first, and then have the option to complete hotel reservations.
