Church Administrative Assistant

The Church Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for many people who are engaged in the ministry of Christ Lutheran Church & School. Physically positioned in the front of the church office, it is important that this person has a friendly and engaging personality, who receives joy when serving people, listening to people, and pointing them towards the direction of our ministry where they may be served well. This admin serves as the assistant to the Lead Pastor, and also oversees our Communications and Graphics Creator, for the publication of the weekly newsletter and bulletin. Additionally, this position has a high engagement level with other staff, volunteers, worshipers, and digital tools such as databases and online platforms.
