  • Pastoral oversight and care for pastors and commissioned ministers]
  • Direct oversight over the call process for district pastors and commissioned ministers
  • Direct oversight to the four Mission and Ministry Facilitators (MMF), District
  • Missions Committee chairman, and the four Regional Mission Councils
  • Direct oversight for the Director of Lay Ministry
  • Direct oversight for the Director of Interim Ministry
  • Support the Board of Directors’
  • Coordinate, arrange, and set up retreats, conferences, workshops, seminars and meetings, and provide on-site support and organization
  • Produce all materials for the district convention
  • Produce all materials for the synod convention
  • Report to Synod regarding changes in clergy status (installations, ordinations, transfers, etc.) and/or congregation status
  • Produce the District Directory
  • Maintain certificate and perform duties of notary public
