Assistant Soccer Coach (Full Time) - The assistant soccer coach will work with the Head Coach on strategic initiatives for the soccer program and with organizing the program, including planning and conducting regular practice sessions.  He/she is responsible for teaching the objectives of intercollegiate athletics, advise students both in their professional career and daily living and recruit students in accord with department, college and conference policy.  The assistant coach will work with the Athletic Director & Head Coach to prepare requisitions, budget requests and manage the expenditure of funds allocated and assist Head Coach with fundraising. The Assistant Coach is responsible for developing Christian character traits in every player and developing optimal physical fitness in each athlete.

Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management - Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Student and Enrollment Services,  the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management will provide strategic leadership in advancing the University’s recruitment and enrollment goals. The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management provides vision and oversight to the recruitment and admissions process. The Associate Vice President of Enrollment management shall oversee a division of 20 staff members, complemented by the efforts of 15 student workers and tour guides. Additionally, the Associate Vice President maintains the institutional commitment to superior customer service, retention, develops brand awareness, provides leadership to marketing initiatives, and assures effective use of technology and analysis of data in achieving enrollment objectives. The Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management shall collaborate with senior officers and Academic Leadership to deliver an extraordinary educational experience to Concordia University students.  Candidate must possess a masters degree with 10 years of experience in admissions or recruiting with an additional 5 years experience in management role and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.

Residential Coordinator of Spiritual Life - The Residential Coordinator of Spiritual Life assists the Campus Pastor in his responsibility for the spiritual welfare of students by providing an incarnational ministry presence in the resident halls, connecting students with the vision and activity of campus ministry, and sharing the responsibility of selecting, training, and supervising student coordinators of various campus ministries.  This is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position in an initial one year appointment to be fully assessed spring 2011.

Client Workstation Engineer - The Client Workstation Engineer is responsible for the specification, acquisition, deployment and maintenance of client computing assets such as desktop and laptop computers and printers. The CWE ensures that campus IT users have the computing tools necessary to complete their tasks while maintaining system security and reliability.  The CWE is responsible for the operation of the ITS Services Help Desk and department and management.  Candidate should have a Bachelors degree or higher in technology field and two years experience in client workstation management.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Nursing 

As a member of the faculty in the School of Business and Professional Studies’ nursing department, the assistant/associate professor will have an earned Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), preferably with two specialties from the following: medical/surgical, pediatrics, maternal/child, psychiatric/mental health and gerontology. Responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate courses, supervising clinical instruction, advising, and other duties and service to the university.  While applications from all areas of nursing will be considered, preference will be given to candidates poised to excel in nursing education and working with students.
