INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES:

Server Administrator - Under minimal supervision, the Server Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing the server infrastructure at CUI. The Server Administrator will perform day to day administrative and maintenance tasks to ensure reliability, stability and availability of campus electronic services.

Banner Report Specialist - The banner report specialist is responsible for the timely provision of recurring and ad hoc reporting for the campus’ ERP, Banner 2000.  Under moderate supervision, the report specialist will collaboratively work primarily with the University Controller and Registrar to support the derivation of institutional metrics and create reports and data visualizations to present the organization’s performance. 

LIBRARY SERVICES:

Public Services Librarian - The public services librarian is responsible for the operation of the library Circulation Desk and related functions including training and supervising student employees, library reserves, overdues, and processing library materials. The public services librarian must also be willing to work irregular hours including some night and weekend shifts. 

CAMPUS SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Campus Safety Officer (Full-time and part-time positions) - Concordia University seeks highly motivated, professional campus safety officer with commitment to "Exceptional Customer Service" to perform campus patrol duties on our beautiful Irvine campus. Must have valid guard card and current CPR and First Aid. 1-3 years of related experienced preferred. Previous campus experience a plus.

Community Service Officer - Concordia University seeks highly motivated, professional part-time community service officer with commitment to "Exceptional Customer Service" to assist with access control, dispatch and parking enforcement on our beautiful Irvine campus. Must have valid guard card and current CPR and First Aid. Previous campus experience a plus.

UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT:
Director of Corporate Relations and the President’s Club - The director will oversee all of the corporate relations efforts as it relates to corporate sponsorships for University Advancement events and will provide leadership to the Business Partners program which includes identifying, cultivating and soliciting gifts for the School of Business annual giving program. Additional duties include responsibility for the President’s Club, the university’s premier giving program.

Executive Vice President for Advancement – The executive vice president reports directly to the president of the university and in the president’s absence makes all decisions pertaining to the university’s external relations. In addition to serving as the executive vice president of the university, the chief advancement officer will develop collaborative relationships with Lutheran Church Missouri Synod congregations, churches of other denominations, the corporate/business community, governmental agencies and will lead a coordinated external relations program involving various university departments and offices.
